Top tip for a 20 hour a week (or less!) business:
Having a few offerings to meet the differing needs of your community. For example, having a high volume, low price-point offering which can be super cheap and loads of people can buy, something in between, and a low volume, high-end offer at the other end of the spectrum. That way you’re covering your bases and meeting the needs of your clients, but also using a high-end offer to really leverage your time and boost your income significantly.
