As Mums we often give time to our family and our business, or to helping friends, and then end up feeling guilty at the thought of having time to ourselves. We prioritise other things in life and as soon as we get busy, the first thing we drop is usually the time we had planned to do something for ourselves.
That’s why we LOVE what today’s podcast guest Kate O’Brien has to say about moving towards a place of truth and truly learning to listen to and love ourselves.
Kate challenges you to have a break both literally and emotionally by creating space in your day just for you, and to do this every day for the next fortnight and feel the transformation that it brings because there is more of ‘you’ to bring to your life and to others.
Listen in to find out more about how you can create growth and development in your life alongside being a Mum – and to hear Kate’s tips for finding the time to do this in amongst the chaos of Motherhood and business.
Kate will also challenge you to claim your truth by not comparing your ‘dark side’ to other people’s shiny, polished fronts.
This is an insightful episode that will really getting you thinking about what is going on in that head of yours and whether or not it is serving you well – or whether it is holding you back from making REAL progress in your work and life.

Top tip for a 20 hour a week (or less!) business:
Stretch yourself into things before you’re ready to create the next level of growth. Look at your unique areas of strength then outsource everything else. Also have systems for all parts of your business, so that when you are handing over tasks to others you only have to go through it once and you are being smart about leveraging your time.
