Top tip for a 20 hour a week (or less!) business:
Manage your time wisely is Nicola’s biggest tip. As a business owner, your business goes with you everywhere. In every part of your day, your life is your business! Learn to create balance and boundaries and stick with them from the outset (Nicola acknowledges that if she had been more balanced from the start, Forever Fit would have taken longer to set up, but it would have meant more balance which is something Nicola is now working strongly towards).
